Anyhow, what I want is simply an average cost of labor monthly for a rental house.

I believe one man can handle at least 100 such property if he's fulltime on it, averagely. I have 3 properties already. I have my own residential properties too. I didn't spend any cent yet to repair for any properties of mine.
