请教，选哪个房客好呢？

房客1，44岁单亲妈妈，菲律宾人，带3个小孩，9，7，3岁，说是离婚需要马上搬，昨天来看房就想交押金。 credit score 810. 自己有 business, 给的收入和银行证明都是公司的。银行有十几万现金。但感觉有点太drama.

房客2， 50 多岁白人夫妻和20出头女儿，因为女儿在附近上大学想搬过来。男的是 building inspector, 女的是 Mortgage broker. 查 truthfinder, 他们两个在 20 多年前有过 Bankruptcy, 11 年前 （2008 年）看起来被银行 evicted. 看起来他们被 evict 后就租房，都租的不便宜的房子， 每两三年搬一次家。credit score 还没看到。

两个都不是很满意，能选一个吗？  谢谢指点？
