You don't know about basics about lawn,

1, 如果知道了clay soil的ph, 买草种的时候能知道如何选草种吗？

depend on where you are, the north of US have cool season grass e.g. fescue, that goes dormant in summer, and south of US have warm season grass such as st. augustine, that goes dormant in winter.  These are two different specieis of grass.  and your soil ph has to match whatever type of grass you are growing.  You need to amend the soil if the ph value is not right with lime (alkaline) or compost (acid).

90% of USA has clay soil, you don't plant grass on clay directly, you need 6 inch top soil on top of clay to grow anything. If your lawn lacks top soil, you need to amend it.

2. 自己买小工具测吗？

Ask your local extension office (农科所).  There are extension office in every county in USA, funded by US argicultural department, run by your state university.  They help farmers and gardeners with problems. 

3. 还有快到夏天了，还能播种种草吗？

You cannot plan new seed in summer.  New grass lacks root system to withstand hot summer days.  Best time to seed is autumn, you let the new grass develop root system for nine months, so that it can withstand summer heat. 

4.  修理洒水系统，需要把地都翻一遍吗？那我种的草种岂不白种了？

springkler system need to dug trenches around your lawn.  Without your springkler system, I am afrid your planted grass is going to die anyway, so don't let that worry you.  Unless you can hold a hose and water for 1 hour every few days.   

There are above ground springklers you hook up with garden hose you can get from HD/Lowes.  Try that for now but time managment is not easy.
