关于地下室漏水的最新进展，rapidestate和守月请看

The seller's agent said that the seepage came from the sump pump which was replaced and upgraded as well as the drainage tube and grinder pump and there is no longer an issue.  

 

以上是卖家的回答，如果他没说谎，应该是疏漏水系统老化导致的漏水。我的问题是INSPECTION 能否查出是否是地基的原因导致漏水？

我在原有心中的价位上减了3000， 不知他是否接受我的OFFER。

The seepage happened because the sump pump was old and broke down, that is when the company recommended upgrading.  

The seller's agent is getting information on the warranty.  It did have warranty information on the receipt but it was very small print and she was checking.
