80岁的房客，岂不是你自找没趣？

首先我不知道你在哪里，所以你要清楚联邦和州法律覆盖不一样。

联邦法律禁止你歧视残疾人，包括残疾人需要的service animal。身体有病的人（physical illness），算是暂时残疾，只要医生证明有physical illness需要service animal，你就不能拒绝。

很多人说他们要emotional support animal。这个不是physical illness，联邦法律不保护。但是，你的州法可能对emotional support animal有规定。我把概念讲清楚，你自己去研究。

1.  Does the doctor's note specify a physical illness that requires the animal?  
If Yes, you have to allow.  You probably cannot even charge pet fees.  The End.你自认倒霉，人家已经住进去了。

2.  Does the doctor's note saying it's "emotional support" need?  
If No, tell her to follow the lease, no pet.

3.  Does your state law have regulation on emotional support animal in landlord/tenant law? 
Do your research and follow the state law.
