I think Mr Gao (president of the China Investment Corporation) has to be politically correct, so you did not see any harsh words in it. but he laid out all the basic points correctly.

for those who still think chinese officials are too dumb to figure out what is really happening ? think again (you might end up looking stupid when all the dust is settled)
