晒一下当前renovation 的帐单

918 sq ft的half duplex, 刚完成eviction, 损失几个月房租，里面状态特别差，打算翻新出租。这是清单：

1）siding/dry wall repair and full paint including doors and trims-  $3,350. 

2) structural issues -$3,220

3) electric and plumbing repair including new lights, fans and faucet -$1,760

4) flooring - remove old vinyl and install new vinyl and baseboard -$4,221

5) Misc - hardware, doorknobs, blinds, remove debris, cleaning, fence repair -$2,130

6) bathroom complete remodel  -$2,850

7) kitchen full remodel -$4,240

8) door and windows- $1,190

总价$23,000左右, 其中两万都是cosmetic。想省点钱吧，跟contractor谈了谈，似乎哪样鄀省不了。
