但是不知道要花多少钱。这个地区的价格波动很大, 房子的价格没啥规律. 完全看房子的状况.

2 年前： 4 beds 2.5 baths 2,144 sqft sold $325,000 （very good condition)

Now : 3 beds 2 baths 2,077 sqft sold 352,300 (good condition）

Now：3 bd 3 ba  1, 688 sqft， listed 379,000 (very very good condition）
