Single family house at 5 acres land。多少价是好deal？

2200尺的老房子。如果买来subdivision lot.然后卖掉 lot如何？

老房子装修好可出租。是我们这里学区房的地。

价格还不知道，是拍卖。

房子本身值20－25万。Utility在附件的地大概10到15万半亩。这块地有点偏了，不知道值多少钱。
