上周4个offers 没一个成功

1. short sale，加价3000。

2. Medical building（这个以前讨论过几次，这次我出了心中最高价，还是被拒。）

3. 老房子，银行counter back +$7000

4. Auction第一个withdraw, 第二个没赢。
