求助，租客要网上卖军火

从来没有遇到过这种情况，请投坛前辈帮忙看下：

我有个租客，离异单身美国男带一小女孩。已经在我的房子租了两年了， 一直按时交租。上个月刚刚又续约两年。昨天接到他的短信，说要用出租房地址申请联邦军火执照，准备网上卖枪。说了只是网上买卖，不会有客人来出租房交易。我想问问我有没有什么潜在的风险？需要在租房合同上加上什么条款吗？ 我们出租房都有伞险。以下是他发来的短信：

I am applying for a federal firearms license for an online based retail shop. The business address I am using is the house, but there will be no invenotry of customers to the house, strictly internet sales. I want to make sure this is OK with you as you might get a call. All ordinances have been checked and rules will be followed.
