一个贷款问题请教大家：

我们买的房子本月12日将Close，由于申请贷款时没有好好比较，贷款利率定的比较不理想，30年固定贷款利率为5.675%，没有点数。最近两周利率下跌很快，有的都到5%向下（30年固定，没有点数）了。可惜我们已经在上周Lock-in利率了，不知道在我们房子Close之前，有没有跟贷款商谈判降低利率的可能性。要不，另找贷款商，可又担心贷款来不及了。

因为第一次买房，不懂行业规矩，请大家帮忙，谢谢
