急急急。有经验的帮着分析一下，这个银行房怎么了？

22天前，下了一个我觉得很合理的offer，几乎没有任何条件，比要价高的现金，不做房屋检查。

石沉大海，整整三周昨晚才冒了个泡，答复说，银行把所有的offer全拒了，要大家重新来过，

挑选最高最好的offer。

我知道这房子的价值，一咬牙，又加了5%的价。

这次回话很快，刚从接到电话，问如果卖房子给我们，我们要不要请attorney。这房子显然

是有欠债拍卖不出去的，我唯一的要求就是卖方提供title insurance，不请律师我是真害怕。

急急急，我不敢轻易回话，谁有经验，这个怎么应对？
