南加租房市场真是火热

OC Register最新的统计文章：2017年，洛县和橙县空房率4.1%。连河边县都降到5.1%，是最近十几年来的最低，因为沿海房租太贵了，只能来抢内陆人民的房子了。

我自己也感觉租房市场还是很火热。今年刚刚跟租客续约，租客纷纷表示涨的房租很公平，愿意继续租着。
