有两家section 8 tenants, 年初开始Housing Authorities 不再批准他们的钱了。结果之前government 关门,housing authority 一直没付钱,也没给denial notice, 也找不到人。这个月才发denial notice, 开始eviction. 这几个月的钱应该是HA付的不是吗? 结果HA说是government shut down造成的,不肯付钱!
难道要告HA吗?损失了一万左右的房租
