这个值不值的买

总共9个units 的， 其中一个是duplex, 其他7个是独立屋。 目前都租满了总共租金6350 ，这几个在一个小区的隐蔽处，从外面都看不到门牌号，里面的路坑坑洼洼的，政府不管里面的路，卖家从去年一直挂卖。 从57.5 降到现在54.9 万。听我的realtor 说52 万，可以拿下，房子都是六几年的 2/1， 9 个units 共享一个水表。大家觉得值不值投资。卖家3年前38 万买的。
