这个房子翻修以前出租过吗？还是翻修后才开始出租？

出租开始前的所有费用都必须加到depreciation basis，不能当年deduct

如果翻修时出租空档之间，remodeling要看具体是什么项目，旅行费用应该可以当年算expense。
