房客选择问题

新进的condo, 有一个申请者，信用分600左右， 2013年 evication（生小孩丢掉工作）, 和未婚夫（no evication ）共同申请. 收入3倍租金。可以付2个月押金。现在是地区医院内daycare teacher. 要不要考虑？
