新地主小问题求解:

新房的厨房有一个瓷砖中间对裂，当然不影响使用，要收费吗？

新的glass top stove 的玻璃面有很多划痕，发乌，很明显是因为使用不当的清理方式伤害了玻璃，比如用纸巾清洁等造成的，这个你们俺正常损耗吗？

草地是明确规定租客负责的，但是草地枯黄，小树和花都要死的样子，就几个叶片飘着，问了一个专业的公司，说如果恢复要1000刀。是不是该扣租户的？
