租户跑了

上次说到房子因为电线着火问题需要更换电线。所以房子没电，租户现在已经搬走了。今天把钥匙还给了我。

换电线要8000+ 外加损失一个月的房租。

保险公司说更换电线他们不保。

还得再买一套电器因为这些都是租户他们自己的。万幸的是租户更换的地毯，厨房留下了。但是说好的driveway没干。扯平了。

总体损失巨大。
