也谈谈给孩子买房子的情况

孩子去年刚毕业，夏天开始工作。年薪11万左右。工作辛苦，基本上很晚回家，公司管晚饭。为了让她住的舒适一点，也不影响其它人。资助她买了一个新建condo。贷款将近40万。每月MORTGAGE加Property Tax $2300

左右。再加HOA， INTERNET 和TV， GAS和电费。 一共将近$2900/month花在房子上. 比租两BED的公寓贵几百。好处是自己的新房，住的舒适，也无须打理什么。我们由她自己决定是否把另外一小间租出去。应该可以租到$1400. 目前还没看到她有这个愿望。加之我们大人去城里也需要一个落脚地方。

年轻人，如果不买房逼他们存点钱，估计都乱花掉了。
