给孩子开工资的问题

CPA说我娃已经是teen了，可以开个一年两三千的工资了，还可以打到schedule E loss里。但一定要well documented且经得起IRS检查。我只能想到可以review monthly statement from PM company, 帮我核对一下数字，或者平时有问题代我和PM发点email, 实在想不到还能做什么了。地主们有这么做的吗？你们让娃做什么？或者号称让娃做什么？
