周边好多这样的realtor都偶尔会想起我。推荐成功的，感恩节寄现金卡，以后联系更多。

 

这是广泛撒网的方法，去年成交过一个翻修房，2个出租duplex。而且人脉积累越来越多，有事情时还可以请教或帮忙。

 

半年前建立的商贷银行关系也是一个realtor介绍的。
