出一道投资题：假如有50万，是假如，不是真的有。

1. 可以用来同时Flip 2个房子，4个月时间每个房子赚3到4万

2. 和上面一样现金买2个房子，装修完，出租，然后refinance。租售比0.8%, 每个房子最后投入4万。

3.  直接上大生意，50万当首付买商业地产，但是很可能半年都买不到。

4.  常规方法，看见出租房就买，直到用完为止

5. 持币观望，等待crash, 或者跌10%以上的时机。
