购买商业地产的步骤有什么不同？

1.  先去Nevada 开个LLC？

2. 再去本州开个LLC?

这两步大概需要多长时间，多少钱？

3.  Intension of purchase letter

4. 后面的步骤和普通的residential有什么不同？
