报税问题

去年买的出租房，用TurboTax报税，如何回答如下问题：

This business is owned by: (1) husband, (2) wife, (3) both of us

出租房的Title上是夫妇两人，上面的问题是否应该选（3）both of us? 可以选（1）或（2）吗？什么利弊？
