我在纽约地区，他们给我了Home equity line of credit, pre-approved, prime rate-1%, currently as low as 2.99%, 20 year term. can be first 10y interest only. No hidden fees no prepayment penalty. A kind of too good to be true. 我怕有什么欺诈，所以想问问有人知道不知道该公司是否可信？看上去是一老公司．能在给点信息么？
