请教：我们自己去修理出租房所用的时间，可以折算成labor fee， 算成出租房的expense吗？

例如：修理水龙头，局部刷漆等，这些我们自己能干的小活，就自己干了。但一年累计下来，也不少时间呢。这些时间可以折算成labor fee， 算成出租房的expense吗？因为自己不干，肯定就要请人干的。
