Real capitulation today! tempted to buy some C...

It's beyond our expectation that the market dropped so quickly to mid 7000. Hedge fund run is in full swing. They must have no option but forced to sell. Same applied to mutual funds. I would say 6000 range is a real possibility now. I become a lemming right now, :). Hedge fund and mutual funds' forced selling will likely drive the market lower than beyond reasons. At certain point I would like to buy C, BAC and GS for long term holding, may be when the market drops below 7K.

I don't believe all these mega commerical and residential banks will all go out of business. I feel pretty certain that at least 2 out of 3 will survive for the long term. Saudi Prince's infusion today is a good sign. I will buy all 3 to cover all basis, just to protect me from the chance that maybe one would go belly up.

Usually, when all is done and out, the remaining survivors will take all business. The saying is "winners take all". The survivors will have very good profit potential.
