这个要紧急求助你，有一个买了十年的基金，市值$5500，买时好像5000，钱没到手每年交capital gains，

打电话去问，说是损失4000，可以抵3000的税。这个损失是咋回事?还有两天时间，谢谢糊涂和不糊涂的指教。
