401K/201K问题：公司不MATCH，该不该存？

不存：联邦税，州税，MEDICARE等苛捐杂税加起来，最后几张Pay check得缴差不多40~50%的税（双职工）。

存：省点儿税，但天天跌，没结没完，不知何时到底。

各位有何高见？
