不懂再问：Judicial state 买 Forclosed。我是买家。

卖的公司MTGLQ一定要用他们指定的title公司, 出钱给我买title insurance。我的律师不同意。MTGLQ也不让步。我的律师讲这个很危险。我值得因为这个放弃这个ｄｅａｌ吗？

因为是现金，很快要close。我没时间去做我自己的title search。
