用的是卖方代理，吃了大亏。马上交割了，说不转让security deposit and partial 租金，因为合同上没有明确。合同上是我的疏忽， 卖方代理是不会代表我的利益的。

问题是，马上周五交割， 如何为好？如果现在不转让security deposit and partial 租金， 交割后，我是否还有权利去和他们追索？谢谢。
