有个很初级的问题，但还是想请教t坛的新老前辈：

为什么华府周边（不包括DC内城）很少或者几乎没有MFH多家庭住宅？几乎都是SFH、TH、condo, 而且就算是SFH，也竟然多数都有HOA fee。这是华府区域的规划吗？

我知道这可能是个很初级的问题，但想了好多天了没想明白，还是想请教t坛，尤其是华府的前辈地主们。见笑了，先谢谢了！
