我不怕风险奋不顾身跳进去的地方

    没有50%的目标利润那肯定不值得。

     现在实际收益确实在35%左右，因为要去掉赶人的cost。15万进去这个月收回来5千七

     刚上周close一个9千进租500

    美眉不干了,因为要上法庭赶人只能用她的美国身份去，耗时间影响正常工作。放话出来说你如果自己搞不定就不要铺这么个摊子。
