问个关于电的技术问题

几个插座没电了。查了一下circuit breaker，没问题，每根线都是120V输出。其中一个没有电的插座，当用Voltage Detector的时候会显示有电，但万用表测不到电压。不理解的是为什么没有电压，但Voltage Detector给出信号。插座盒子里的火线都接在插座上，所以附近没有别的火线导致Voltage Detector给出信号。
