近高速，七十多房，现在absentee managed by current owner. 大概40到50%入住率。看了broker 提供的数据，好像还可以。但不知可信度如何？大家说说要注意啥 ？另外现owner 愿financing with 25%down.
准备进个motel玩玩，是不是得去那里住几天考察 ？
