成功躲过eviction房客

    黑女， 20年经验有liscence医院里的化验员。 租后第二月因为和同事争执被lay off 

    各种磋商想办法，帮她申请case work.... 当然3Days 红纸也照递不误。 直接找到一次工作但是not fit。

     今天她一姐妹给我打电话接她的lease。 晚上签约

      这个算是最好的结果了。我promise 那租客下次找到工作有钱了回来给半个月免房租，她感动的不行

      好人还是有好报呀 :)
