I won't do room by room rental, unless you live in one room

I would rather use cheap price to buy many houses and rent each house out to a family. Managing room by room is an inefficient way to invest. It will consume your time and efforts. By all means, room by room rental is doable, I have to say and it's legal, just more trouble than worth it.
