Well, now we know, it's not just the financials, it's not just Wall Street. It's everywhere! All these highly-(Ivy league) trained economists and genius were waaaaaaaaay behind the curves.

Meanwhile, idiots like Lawrence Yun and still predicting the quick recovery of RE market, like he has been for the past 3 years!

Believe whatever you want. It's just a freak show now.
