有Franchise 经验的大拿们能聊聊这个行业的回报率吗？我来说说最近的research

随着利率狂涨，我最近不敢再贸然投房地产了。想着投点别的 ，就盯上Franchise，大的没本钱，只能从小的里挑。20几 万能搞定的。

冰淇淋店，subway, 7-eleven.

1. Cold stone and Hanganaze比起来， cold stone总店要9%gross sale, H家少点7%。其他每啥主要区别。
2. subway,没有 territory limit, 谁爱开 就开，如果你店旁边有人也 开，你的生意就  被抢了。
3。 7-eleven 比较狠，捞走你47%-53%毛利润。但是你不用交房租水电。

大家来谈谈风险和收益，哪个好点？
