现在什么样的人在湾区买80万以上的房子？假如我家有20万收入，但怎么算我也觉得吃力呀。我指现在，靠股票买房现在恐怕不多了吧。可好区还是有市场。有钱的人该买早买了。不明白现在是什么样的人在买？
