什么东西可以用30万英尺面积？

我的客户想要买一块地皮。

在非常繁华的大街上。

当地人口增加很快，户均收入也在美国前十个县中。

县政府口头批准建设30-36万英尺大楼。

地下两层停车场，不算面积。

我能想到的是，一层二层零售。

那么三层四层可以建一个四星级酒店。

五层六层呢？ 办公室不行。空置率太高。

把养老院和酒店混在一栋楼上是不是有点不伦不类？

四层都用来建酒店是不是太大？

有砖使劲砸啊。建酒店可以用上。
