今日闲得无事，早起看了一个duplex

租金一共1400，要价125000。C区。也许是C-不太清楚，不是那种黑人聚集的。但是离的也不远。和我上次买的脏房子差不多，但是性价比差了很多。

买还是不买？下个10万的offer?
