Each active listing will show a Days on Zillow counter. This counter tracks the total number of days a home has been actively listed for sale on our site. Once a home has been off market on our site for more than 31 days, the counter will reset. To see how long a home has been listed for sale, scroll to the ‘Facts’ section of each listing to see the ‘Days on Zillow’ counter.
