羊毛出在羊身上:Special Assessment

I worked on 200+ units condo board b4: Get a loan pay for the repair,then make a Special Assessment pay for the loan; spread it 15 or more years (since interest rate so low). If you sale it b4 loan end, new buyer will pay the rest. Otherwise, you should made enough money (from your tenant) to cover it. Chinese says 羊毛出在羊身上.
