CALoanAgent: Rate prediction

I am going to close a property before 12/10. Today's primary rate is 6.375 while yesterday was 6.25. Will I wait for rate comes down more? I think rate should be down because of tomorrow's weak employment report. I appreciate your insight on rate trend.

Second question, I have to pay 0.75 more due to investment property. My loan officer strongly suggested me to pay 2 points which will give me the primary rate. What is your view? Thank you!
