手中有房，心中不慌。

掏了9年粪，越淘越兴奋；和爱人说辛苦这么多年，一个个出租房现在就是我们的ATM，你可以计划退休了。

爱人说：我才40多，博士毕业生，怎么也算年轻有为，退什么休！我继续边工作边修房、最主要是收房租！

原来掏粪真的会上瘾！

看看今年我们业余房东的工作：

这个房算是低价买进来，买进来时状态非常差，然后花了6万刀装修，前后断断续续的花了一年时间翻新了。

翻新后6月中旬开始招租，三天就有十几份申请，最后选择了一位韩国妈妈和上高中的女儿，7.1号入住。

非常好的租客；交租准时，房子保持的整洁干净（第一次租房给韩国人，算是见识了韩国人的整洁干净，很赞）。

 

这个房4月底下offer，6月底过户的，现翻新收拾的7788了，计划10月份招租。当时很匆忙看的房子然后就直接下offer了，所以真的没有看清楚，直到办完过户第二天拿了钥匙进去看，还好，没有让我和爱人失望，占地大，前后院打理的也不错。

 

这个月，又拿下这个房子，但要到11月初才办过户。这样也好，估计11月初上面的那个房子已租出了，这样我们就可以专注这个房了，好区好房，只因两口子闹矛盾要分家，所以仓促低价卖房，真是败家啊！
