打算在房子后边加建个二层unit 变成triplex 

city觉得我建的超过平均lot coverage （45% 平均值，我想建到48%），问我有啥特殊原因，有特殊原因才能批准，汗，小妹才疏学浅，各位大佬有啥意见不吝赐教，到洛杉矶小妹负责请客吃饭
