不老实的房客今天草鸡了。。。

这小子是个娘娘腔，住了好多年了，就是爱攒垃圾，地下室放了一大堆，政府检查通不过。说了几次也不动。给他30天走人，这家伙咆哮要找律师告我。告个鬼，30天赶人不需要任何理由。

三十天期限快到了，这家伙估计也找不到人接他的案子。今早恭恭敬敬地打电话来要跟我谈谈。。。。

顺便谈谈涨房租。
